These 7 habits helped me rebuild from the ground up. They made me dangerous in the right way.

Habit 1: Wake Up Before the World
"If you wait until the world is awake, youāre already late."
I started waking up at 3AM because it gave me control. Before the world could demand anything of me, I had already moved.
No phone.
No noise.
Just purpose.
Action Step: Set your alarm for 3AM. No snooze. No negotiation.
šŖHabit 2: Move Your Body Daily
Your body is your first battlefield.
I lost over 50 lbs because I chose war against comfort. Whether it's lifting, jogging, or calisthenicsāmotion builds momentum.
Action Step: 30ā60 minutes of movement daily. No off days, only active recovery.
š§ Habit 3: Read Like Your Life Depends On It
Books taught me strategy, stoicism, and self-respect.

Action Step: Read 10 pages every morning before scrolling your phone.
š§Habit 4: Journal Ruthlessly
Men donāt process paināwe bury it. That ends here.
Journaling gave me clarity, ownership, and inner peace.
Itās not softāitās strategy.
Action Step: Journal 3 things: What Iām grateful for, what I fear, and what Iām building.
šHabit 5: Protect Your Energy
No gossip. No chaos. No fake love.
Your circle is your soil.
I stopped letting everyone access meāand my peace tripled.
Action Step: Unfollow 10 toxic people. Block 1 if needed. Protect your peace.
š§±Habit 6: Build, Donāt Consume
While most men scroll, I create.
I donāt chase attentionāI build a kingdom.
Your time = your power. Stop giving it away for free.
Action Step: Schedule 1 hour/day to build: your business, body, or mind.
šHabit 7: Repeat Relentlessly
Rebuilding isnāt sexy. Itās brutal.
But if you can do it every dayāeven when tired, hurt, or lonelyāthen no one can stop you.
These habits work⦠but only if you do.
